What items in your shop are considered a service?
Items that are considered a service are those that would require a set up and tear down service. These include: all wedding packages, any floral installation, floral arches, and DIY floral bars.
I would like to order some a La Carte Items for delivery, but you are booked on the date i need them.
Because our business is small, deliveries can be tricky whenever our team is busy preparing for a wedding or event. Contact us with whatever you are needing and will always do our best to accommodate what you may need.
can I have peonies at my wedding in december?
It is tough to accommodate all of the flowers you may have dreamed of having whenever you are getting married during a specific season. Although there are many wonderful flower farms that we source from from all over the world, it may be next to impossible to provide specialty flowers during their dormant season. If you have any special requests or concerns about flower availability and seasonality, feel free to give us a call or text/email us!
How far in advance do I need to schedule my event or wedding flowers?
We request a minimum of 2 weeks, but the more advanced the better. This is because flower orders must be communicated with all of our local and worldwide flower farms well in advance.
